1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this Language Roleplay application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
2. Educational Use
This application is a supplementary teaching tool. It provides structural guidance ("Steps") and creative prompts ("Twists") for language practice.
Disclaimer
We do not provide educational accreditation or guarantee language fluency. The quality of instruction depends on the teacher leading the session.
3. User Accounts
- Authentication: You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used for Magic Link logins.
- Student Data: As a teacher, you represent that you have the necessary permissions to enter student names or identifiers into the application for tracking purposes.
- Prohibited Use: You may not use the "Demo" mode to scrape content or reverse-engineer the scenario templates.
4. Subscriptions
Free Tier: Limited to specific scenarios and a maximum number of students (5). We reserve the right to modify these limits.
Pro Subscriptions: Billed via Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time. Access to Pro features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support if you believe there has been a billing error.
5. Intellectual Property
The curated scenarios, including the specific sequence of "Steps" and "Twists," are the intellectual property of the application owners. Teachers retain full rights to the specific session notes and feedback they write for their students.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or disruptions to teaching schedules caused by technical outages.
